Is my Pin Code Serviceable? Or my address is outside city / I guess not serviceable?

How will I know if my order has been processed?

After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. In the case that you don't immediately receive an order confirmation email, you can always email or call us.

I'm not sure what mannequins would be a good pick for my store. Can you advise?

Mannequins/Dress Forms are not that heavy, Why is Shipping so expensive?

The reason shipping is so expensive is that the boxes are bulky - they almost hit the maximum allowed shipping size for regular parcel delivery. As a result, the shipping carriers (FEDEX and Other Logistic Partner) charge us based on the size of the box or the weight, whichever results in the higher shipping charge.

The most expensive shipping rate is delivery to your residence. If you are looking to reduce costs, we need a commercial address for a (slightly) lower rate.


Do you offer bulk pricing?

Yes. We offer special pricing for larger orders - simply call us at +91 9910278630 or email us at Business@AdamsMannequins.com to talk to one of our specialists. For the Bulk Purchasing we will give you the separate Sale Quotation for that. Completely a separate procedure for that.

Do you take large orders?

Yes. We accept bulk and large orders. In fact, as the leading retailer of mannequins in the India, We recommend that you call us first so we can offer you our special pricing and make sure we have the right amount of products in our inventory. If we don't, we can provide you with an updated expected time of delivery and get you taken care of right away.

Do you have a physical storefront or warehouse where I can come pick up my order?

Yes, you can visit us. Contact us for the details. Generally we do not allow our customers to pick up their orders from our warehouses. All of our orders are shipped out directly to you.

How do you ship?

For most of our items we ship ground via FedEx or other registered logistics partners. 

 

Do you have expedited shipping? I need my mannequins tomorrow!

We can try to help by shipping out your order the same day if we can or the next day depending on the time of day you contact us. We also have expedited shipping options only available via phone. Give us a call today and we'll get you your order on time. 

How long will it usually take to receive my shipment?

We take pride in being one of the fastest shippers in the mannequin business. We ship out your order within 7-10 Business Days of placing the order depending on the delivery location. In some cases it may take a little longer, due to delivery address accessibility issues.

I'm not in the Republic Of India. Can you ship mannequins to my country?

Yes most of the countries we served but for that don’t place the order online, send us an email at Business@AdamsMannequins.com or give us a call at +91 9910278630, and we'll let you know if we can ship to your country. There will be an additional international shipping cost attached to your order and we'll let you know beforehand.

How are the Items/products packed?

We generally packed the items/products in corrugated box with proper filling, we follow the guideline of the logistics partner for packaging the goods.

How to install the Ordered Items/Products?

Ordered Item/product will arrive in a box in unassembled condition. It is super easy and intuitive to put the mannequin together, it’s as easy as assembling the toy.  It takes 5 minutes to put your item/product together. In case you required assistance we are ready to help you out.. We only provide virtual support to install the Mannequins & Dress Form & all other items.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes Online Tracking Support is available. You can track online. You will be sent a tracking code as soon as the package has been shipped.

What do I Do at the time of receiving the order from the Delivery Boy?

Please do the inspections of the package/s in front of Delivery Boy match the number of package/s from the receipt which is always with the Delivery Boy. Check the condition of carton/s. In case package/s are torn/open or looks damage. Then take the images of all the package/s and try to connect with in-charge of Delivery Boy and raise the complaint in respective customer care of Delivery Logistic and kindly mention in writing against the delivery also. Please inform us for further proceedings.

My order arrived damaged, what now?

Send us an email with your order number, a brief description of the damage and photos so we can see the damage along with your order number. If the box was damaged, send us a photo of that too, because we will need it to file a claim with shipping company. Complete investigation will run against complain. And a proper solution will be provided to you. Your satisfaction is our priority.
